Hailed “captivating” by the New York Times, ALLISON STRONG is a folk singer-songwriter from New Jersey.

A 2023 NJ State Council on the Arts Music Composition Fellow, her music and story were featured in Diego Luna’s documentary series BACK HOME, filmed in her family’s native Colombia.

Strong’s bilingual sophomore record, Brontë, was released in 2023. She has had the honor of opening for Country Icon LeAnn Rimes, Grammy + Latin Grammy Winning Pop Duo Jesse & Joy and Teddy Geiger.

Recent performances include John Platt’s On Your Radar, New York Songwriters Circle, Hudson West Fest (2024 Emerging Artist Winner), Sofar Sounds NYC and her debut with the Waterbury Symphony, conducted by Live from Lincoln Center’s Andrew Wilk. She is a finalist in Falcon Ridge Folk Festival’s Emerging Artist Showcase this July and a semi-finalist in Cayamo Soundcheck.

She will be releasing her upcoming record, Weightless, in Winter 2026.
